Smart Hub issues

I have trouble with the SmartHub of my 32F5370 (T-MST 2117.2). I have disabled: OTA, OTN and Watchdog in Service menu. TV is not rooted yet. But SmartHub refuse to work. The menu option for the Samsung account is greyed out. When I open SmartHub only the webbrowser is available. I cannot search through other widgets/apps. As suggested here I tried to trigger the system update multiple times. Also I have tried different DNS servers as well as a factory reset. Even re-enable the setting in service menu not help.
