Hello all,

today i purchase UE55K5500 and i have a question.

I have a usb stick (ADATA usb3) formated NTFS and every time i plug it in is recognized but after 3-4 secs disconnected.
If i format it as FAT32 works fine.

Do you think that is problem with my usb ports on TV or has something to do with specific usb stick ?

Sometimes stuff doesn't work as expected. Try exFAT (FAT64). It's a better choice for a USB stick anyway (its faster).

What is the size of the stick?

Adata usb 3.0 16gb

Check specs of the tv, (E-Help) if it's FAT32, then you'll have to stick to FAT32.
