Your picture is not readable. Could you read name of chips? I couldn't...
I don't inspect your firmware yet, will look inside when I setup new IDA to my PC for looking if there is a media player functions in it.
You can also find if its available.
Extract exeDSP from your exe.img ( look wiki pages for instructions )
Than open the exeDSP with IDA, and look strings, search for function to media player.
It's not hard thing to do but little time consuming.

Search IDA Disassembler on google or go to hex-rays.com to download.
And why do you sending picture of your MB to me? Can't you read chips name by your-self?
Read each chips name and check it's name on google if it could able to process movies.

Also finding "media player" string in exeDSP is not important. You needed to check if related "functions" on exeDSP.
Even if you found the functions, if there is no chip on MB, you have nothing to do.

Also TV has multiple partitions like boot, root, appdata, exeDSP partitions. Each one have different name.
Each of that partition has different firmware name.
