So, I have a Samsung (otherwise why would I be here!) model #UN40J520DAF

I was hoping to be able to use the TV to connect to a DLNA server and stream shows I have a external disk, but they don't support that with the stock firmware. Will the SamyGo firmware allow me to do that?

Is there some other way to do this with replacement firmware/software??

I read about your tv.

it have build in wifi, you can install apps and you have connect share movie.
So if you cant stream it depents on you.
