I have a questions

What the "Factory reset" means in service menu. Does it mean that the tv will reset to the settings and configs that the factory has done before sending it to shops, or it means that the tv will reset to an initial configuration and needs to be set up by an expert.

As far as i can recall, when you have 'Factory reset' displayed and you continue to press 'ok' on the r/c, the tv will reset to the factory settings, i.e. as if the tv was brand new out of the box, so clearly you would have to go through all the normal customer setting up procedures.

Does it also format the internal storage and all the junk the installed apps leave behind? If not, is there a way to do that?
