Downgrade UE46H7000 firm 2800.1

Hi,
I have the firm 2800.1 on a H series TV (UE46H7000/T-MST14DEUC-2800.1).
I read a lot of in the forum, and I paid to be a Donor member, but I'm not sure how I can downgrade to a firmware version rootable.
I found how downgrade to version 0000, but after I don't found any version of firmware rootable in the forum. It's posible downgrade to 0000, and uftar upgrade a firmware rootable?
