UE40ES7000 : Menu showing hours since beginning

Hi there,
I remember I saw years a gon on my UE40ES7000 a kind of service menu showing th time the TV was used sinde first switch on .... but I can not find that anymore.
I still have access to the "Service Menu" but it looks like it is not from there.
Any idea where to find this back ?
