Is it ok to flash UA40ES6600M firmware on UA40ES6600R?

Hi,

Will it be ok to flash UA40ES6600M firmware (http://www.samsung.com/nz/support/model/UA40ES6600MXRD) on UA40ES6600R (http://www.samsung.com/ae/support/model/UA40ES6600RXZN) model? What's the last code for?

Possible, they share same firmware. But i'm not 100 sure. Need to compare files.

UA40ES6600M has a more recent USB update available, how do you compare files?

Do Upgrade filenames match or not? If they are same, then it means, they use same fw.

Whats firmware on your tv? Name and version? E.g. T-MST14...

All the ifnormation is in my signature, the firmware is : T-MST10PDAAC-1017.1

If your fw is T-MST10PDAAC that's all you can install, simple as that. Anyway if you try to install non-suitable fw, TV will just tell no upgrade found, absolutely no risk then.
