Service Mode UE32J4000AWXZF

Hello everyone,
Yesterday, by mistake, I changed the service menu settings of my newly purchased 'Samsung UE32J4000AWXZF' and now has no sound (and wrong menu options).
Please, can someone tell me the default settings of that model just for: 'Type', 'SW Mode' and 'Tuner'. A screenshot of main page is enough.
If you list the entire tree of options would be perfect for future user's problems.
