Hi everybody

A factory reset will wipe all my presets and any favourites i have set.
It will effectively return the set back to what it was coming out from Samsung’s factory.

exemple, i have now as firmware 1460.4 and when i buy this tv on mai 2016 it was 1422, so a factory reset will bring the tv back to 1422 or not ?

What a factory reset in SERVIC MENU really change ?

i have done factory reset in SERVIC MENU and it will have same fw as Before. it will not help

Is there any difference between factory reset in the normal menu and factory reset in service menu ???
