I'm trying to connect my pc to a Samsung ES6500 series tv using "service" port. I have made a "COM > Jack 3.5" cable as showed here: https://wiki.samygo.tv/images/4/49/Img.jpg and I'm following this guide: https://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php?title= ... u_settings but when I start PuTTY I obtain a lot of garbage code that is unreadable; also it isn't possible to unlock the console using these codes: https://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php?title= ... _TDM_codes

How can I solve this problem?

could you please attach screenshoot with garbage? Garbage usually means 1) you have chosen wrong connection settings, e.g. speed. 2) your cable is wrong.

Cable is wrong, used schema is the one for Tizen TVs

No, you need TTL. I saw the picture, I did it myself, and I confirm you did cable for J/K series
