Samsung ua78ks9800 geo blocked

Hi, I bought a Samsung television, Ua78ks9800 in China, Gooanzo I brought the television to Israel and i got problem in the smart hub installation (smart hub is geo-blocked for this particular product)
I try to do this guide (Volume Up, Channel Up, Mute) but it doesn’t work.
What can I do to fix that?
