Hello,
How can i stop that smart hub is updating allways on tv startup? On every start, smart hub updates something. I will get a installation graphic with percentage of installation. So smarthub takes 10min to start

I tried already different Versions. I have a ue55es8090. Currently i have the 2003 version.
It hangs for a while not responding to the smarthub button, then reboots, turning off then on, on its own. Then it hangs again, telling me it's updating if the smarthub button is pressed, which takes anywhere from 1 to 15 minutes!!! Then it reboots itself again, and THEN goes to the smarthub when the button is pressed. But yes, it seems to completely reinstall the entire smarthub update and who knows what else, every...single...time the TV is turned on. Freezes when changing TV channel the switches off and on again. Loading icon for smart hub (sic) freezes and TV turns off and on again. Click smart hub start and says updating.

ops

2003.4 is actually the place to be. If no factory reset works and you wrote this already I'm early out of ideas...
One thing to mention. Do you have OTA/OTN stuff and Watchdog disabled in service menu?

If you search by mainboard reference (BN94-xxxx) or design (BN41-xxxx) rather than TV model, Google and ebay should be your friends

You can try factory reset from service menu and leave TV for few hours or one night disconnected from electricity. Maybe eeprom reset could help also.
