far i know B650 uses T-CHL7DEUC... are you sure that you have t-chl5deuc on board?

You can flash u-boot and required images if you didn`t upgraded with very latest firmware. If no versions for upgrade left (to fake upgrade and flash required partitions to access console) here is the instruction, how to roll-back firmware on B550 with Channel Import/Export hack!
Even if you have not very latest firmware, you can use step2 and step3 from same manual to repair your TV.
