Unable to update apps

Hi all,
I have a JU6050, os version 1500, with plex installed - it is the only app I installed, all other apps came pre-installed or were installed later by the os itself. I can't update plex because of insufficient storage. But I can't uninstall any of the other apps... Any suggestions?
