I read all the messages in this forum and I understand that bluray player J can't root.

My question is about the firmware. My bluray player is on the firmware B-JM53CBSPWWB-1008.1. Never updated because no connection on internet for the player. Is there a possibility to remove the Cinavia problem ?

I had the same issue when I had this blu-ray player and I never found a solution. Ever since I got the panasonic DMP-BDT460 blu ray player it's been smooth sailing! You should give it a try.
