I would be sure before making a donation that is possible do root on the UE55HU8500 and install the oscam.
I would also like to know if you can go back and restore with original firmware.
I have the firmware ver. T-GFP9DEUC_1370.5 installed on my TV.

For now, no rooting method applies to later (than October 2015) firmwares.
You can downgrade to 0000 and install an older firmware.

Than root for example with
[App] "Skype replacement" root H from mihd

This method is for OLD FIRMWARES (T-MST14 <= 2130, T-GFPx < 1290, T-NT14U < 1050, all T-GFS).

Dont forget to block updates.

After that you can install Oscam.
