I am new to this forum therefore please forgive me if this has been addressed before.

I recently upgraded the firmware for Samsung plasma tv model PS50C450B1W which resulted in distorted picture and colour. I have tried a factory reset but it did not work. Is there any fix for this problem? Is it possible to rollback the upgrade and revert to the previous one?

The current software is T-TDT5DEUC-1024.1. The previous software was 1022.
