UE55MU6200 no picture after forced update

Hi

Had a forced update today didn't realise until after it said it had been updated.

Went to work came back and now have no picture, can't get any menus up and samsung tech support close at 6pm!

Screen flickers on and led goes off from standby but nothing else happens.

Can't work out how to get into service menu either as info+home+mute+power doesn't work

Any ideas guys?

On August 17, 2017, Samsung launched a firmware update for certain TVs (model: MU/Q Series 2017) in Europe.
 
As a result of this update, some TV devices are no longer working properly. Samsung has stopped the update immediately. We examine the facts and will provide a new update after completion.
 
If you are interested, please contact Samsung Customer Service on 06196/7755577, so a service technician can solve the problem as soon as possible.

Thanks for warning. This only confirms old SamyGO rule: do not do firmware upgrade, block OTN upgrades. :)
