Cant get bluetooth on ue40ku6100 model ?

Hello, i cant get bluetooth working on ue40ku6100 model.
I have tried on service menu but when i set BT support to on, it come back to OFF after restart.
And the BT adress says Not support.
Any idea ?

Sure, your TV simply has no bluetooth hardware.

Service menu can sometimes help to activate software features, rarely HW ones

Hello, I have the same tv model and bought a Samsung sound bar who’s need Bluetooth to be completely linked.
Do you know if it’s possible to add that Bluetooth module hardware by buying one from eBay coming from broken TV? Maybe the module from the closest model which got it, should be the same motherboard but needing an upgrade.
I’m not afraid to carefully open my ...
Or maybe adding an extra usb Bluetooth radio dongle ?
