Service menu setting UE49M5510 - Audio issue

Hello everyone, I'm having an annoying problem with the audio of the TV in question.
In movie scenes with shootings or listening to medium to high volume music on Youtube, the sound disappears until I unplug the TV.
Someone can kindly share their menu service settings of this M5510 or a similar one (maybe K series)?

Nobody has any ideas? If I connect a bluetooth speaker the audio works continuously. Unfortunately this is not a solution.

Send an example youtube video so we can test, show eq/audio settings and what level of volume the issue starts showing up

Any Youtube video and not necessarily a video of that site. Youtube was an example, sorry. The other apps behave the same way.
Standard EQ settings, but the situation does not change by varying. If I increase the volume from 90 to 100 it happens immediately, at lower levels it takes a while.
