Hi,
1. Did you use another method for roll-back to activate alternative firmware before use ForceFirmwareBack application?
2. Did you copy required images (u-boot, fnw and Image) to USB?
3. Did you set Watchdog off and rs232-Jack to debug?
4. What firmware did you use for downgrading
5. Where did you find info about FFB from?
6. Write full model number and firmware there was on board before.
7. Here are some log files on your USB, please, attach here.
You have chance repair TV over ExLink cable if you done 2 and 3.
What to do:
1. Make or buy ExLink cable (and buy serial to USB adapter if you do not have COM port on PC)
2. Use instructions on wiki.
If you didn`t copy images (step 7 in manual) and didn`t set right settings in service menu before you have broken TV, then only Service could help you.
