Hello all,

We got from my wife´s hotel a second hand Samsung Hospitality TV - HG40EC690DB .

However, the TV is very limited. The smart hub is only configurable in the 'service' screen and is incredibly limited in what can be installed ( Not even Netflix.....) There's not even a login option for a samsung account.

Is there a way to overcome this? Maybe any special option in the service menu or install a "normal" retail Firmware from H series ( I am assuming this tv is from this serie).

We do not have much experience with hotel tv`s, but as far i know those tv`s are really very limited and we do not know if it is possible to extend functionality. No much info here.
