I have a LN46C650 FW. t-valusa 1037.1

Yesterday hdmi-cec worked fine (dish hopper, nexus player, fire tv player) And now? Nothing, unplug and sit, scan for devices none found, rerun setup all the usual suspects and while the regular hdmi and dlna show in sources there is no sign of any hdmi-cec devices??

Same problem on my UE46ES6100.
Suddenly stopped working on all HDMI inputs.

I futzed with any thing remotely cec related in the service menu items, factory reset etc. all with no joy.

After someone suggested it was "remotely" fixable by a sam tech, I talked to one and found no remote support until E/F series so snit out of luck for my c-series, but you may have slipped in under the wire, call sam a see if he can help you..
