Hi All

After having changed my TV options/settings through the service menu, it does not work properly anymore (bootloop mode). This TV set is part of a “hotel/hospitality” series. I’ve used this menu many times but this time I obviously did something wrong …. And I cannot enter the standard menu nor the service menu to perform a factory reset .... (remote control and small joystick in the back of TV set are not taken into account anymore during the bootloop)

Is there a way (simple way ...) to reset the eeprom ? or to boot on a USB stick with a fresh firmware please ? Or any other possible solution to have it back again ?

Open back cover, check mainboard and identify eeprom. Do reset stright on board. Easy, if you know what chip it is.

I've indentified the main board
I think I've indentified the eeprom chip ....

Can you please tell me if it's ok ?
Now I do not know how I must do to reset it .... shortcut or something ? can you please help me with the exact procedure

Your first photo is awful, i can not read anything there. Could you re-take it with same or better quality? Need to read labels on it...
Board you refering has poor quality pictures, not useful.

What is exact label of IC1804?

You should take a better close up of the top left, there are EEPROM_stuff labels/pins.
Then read from there
