decrypting spm files using PC

Dear all
as i am new in the samsung tv apps fiels, could anyone please advice me how to decrypt the spm files which located inside the .img file like config.xml.spm etc. in windows pc if this is possible as i do some research and I could not find a way, else if someone can help me to decrypt the app and i'll send him the .img file
