Find out your existing firmware through (typically) Support Menu - Software Upgrade. This gives current and alternate. Check against compatibility table on main project page. The table entry for "LNxxB63x" says "Needing tester" for Telnet access, so you may have some work to do.
I don't see any reference to that model having a Content Library. The DTS application is loaded through that. However, some users have posted here

I suspect that user gained access from serial port rather than Content+Telnet.
A couple of other threads on LNxxB630s were dealing with recovery of bricked devices, also using Ex-link serial port.
I think you may be out of luck, but maybe someone else knows better.
