UE55D6500 bootloops

Hi,
I have an D6500, which bootloops since few days.
I tried reset EEPROM with M_RESET and M_E_SDA.. no success.
I tried cooling IC1402, IC1102 and the one above.. no success
I tried cooling IC1205.. no success
TV keeps looping.. it shows Samsung-Logo and after that service menu have to be entered and "type local set front color Option", then it reboots after around 5 seconds.
Think it´s only an chip, to be reset or swapped, but which one??
