Opps, it's bad to install latest firmware.
Do you know what is the alternative firmware?
You can activate "alternative firmware" if you installed new firmware once.
Please read our wiki pages, specially force firmware revert back might work for your TV.
And how could you enable telnet? From ExLink?
If you have exlink/telnet access, please backup your TV firmware to USB device.
It might be useful if TV gonna brick.
Thanks for information.

where is busybox on TV - it is on /bin , right? it is rootfs image. And to have it deleted on TV, firmware upgrade should have rootfs.img file in /image dir. It is enought to delete it from upgrade USB to leave rootfs untouched...I`ll take look at this October update.
Added:
I can`t find any upgrade on samsung download site for UN40B7000(what is full model).
Where you`ve download from?
p.s. Here isn`t any rootfs.img on step2 (october firmware for T-CHL7DEUC). Are you sure, that you have had /usr/sbin/telnetd at all? Maybe on USA models with upgrading over internet rootfs is included in upgrade. Maybe.

It is well known, that post-FEB firmware makes crap with your TV - you get only restrictions, function limitations, even ability to repair from u-boot is gone due latest firmware upgrade. Now they`re shipping modified rootfs. What is your next step, samsung?
Very strange, that they make such idiotic things with old models instead of supporting it and adding new functions...

Maybe this was made only on Brazilian Firmware.. who knows?
Maybe, someone believes that less code, less bugs

thats normaly true, but in this case jus a symlink is deleted (busybox has telnetd enabled

)
but it's a bit strange if mount command isn't shipped.
