Samsung UE32C6000RPXZT Upgrade Firmware

Hi to all,
i have a old Samsung LED Tv Samsung UE32C6000RPXZT Series 6.
The firmware is 2010/09/10_002002 T-Valdeuc-2002.0.
In the Samsung site i found new firmware "Upgrade File(USB type) ver T-VALDEUC-3018.1 (MULTILINGUA) : All OS"
I download It.
I format a usb pen driver 8gb with fat32.
I decompress in the usb pen a firmware.
I put the pen in tv.
The tv detect usb pen, and ask me if i want upgrade firmware, but when click ok, the tv searching the firmware in the usb pen and after a few second return error firmware not found.
