ERR by Empty Version Data after factory reset in service menu

Hello, since I executed Factory Reset in the Service Menu of the Series 5 T5300 Samsung (UE32T5302) every time I get into Service Mode it welcomes me with "ERR by Empty Version Data. Please Contact Factory Service Team". Also, the MODE presented in the header of Service Menu is FAILURE :?

What can I do with this? I read, that this can be caused by "Failure" status in some option of the Service Mode, and I have few of it like in "BT Throughput: Failure", but for this I can do nothing - it's not changeable, and this TV doesn't have Bluetooth.

Ok, so "Failure" in the service mode header is fixed now after I found some TV programmes from ground station.
"ERR by Empty Version Data. Please Contact Factory Service Team" is still present just after service menu launch.
