Hi, can somebody help me how to enable "universal remote" tv setting in my ue55ku6400?
Recently I bought a bluetooth remote control BN59-01312B. At the begining I couldn't even pair it with my tv, but after enable MTR Option->Samsung Smart Control and MTR Option->Voice Recognition in service menu it works. But still "universal remote" setting is missing. I would like to use this setting to be able to change a soundbar's volume.

I've found something strange. I can't set "Voice recognition" and 'Samsung Smart Control" to ON permanently. Each time I restart tv they are set to off.
When I turn on "Voice recognition" and "Samsung Smart Control" and exit service menu (without restarting tv) I can pair a bt remote and it works even after reboot.
So my question is, how to enable those options permanently?

I have the same problem, cannot fix it till now.

check Local_Set in service menu, maybe in your country it's not active this feature

Any advice? why I can't store those three settings permanently? I've tried to change Local_Set to eu_ger but it didn't change anything in my case except language.
