UE48JU7500 mainboard replaced problem

Hallo all,
my father in law have a UE48JU7500 TV that started rebooting every 10 seconds with a "one connect mini not found" message
He bought a new TV and gave me the bugged UE48; I was not able to resolve the issue... I tried a new one connect box but doesn't resolved; then I found a new motherboard with the same part number and bougth it
The 10 seconds reboot disappeared, but connecting the one connect mini and switching to HDMI, now the TV start an update and reboot, then again in loop till I switch from HDMI to TV
I noticed that the mainboard is identical to the original, but the TV model is UE55JS8500...
My two questions:
- Can I set the mainboard model to UE48JU7500 ?
- Have you an idea on how to solve the update loop?

is it possible to upgrade the firmware from my YV : UE48H5570
because i need the last version of TIZEN.

To one and only way to upgrade this tv to tizen is buying tv with tizen.

Check BOM and SW model in extanded service menu maybe you need to change that.

Entering the service menù, I'm not able to find SW Model and BOM Model, also I see "MODE: FAILURE" on top: the TV is not attached to antenna or satellite (see the attached image)

You need to enter EXTENDED Service Menu. How to check here in forum. if you have smartphone with build IR you can use this app

Oh, sorry for my silly question
I don't have a smartphone with IR, so I bought a service remote for few euros on Amazon: it will arrive tomorrow
I read in a comment that is possible to reach the extended service menù with TV powered on with SOURCE, INFO, FACTORY, MENU sequence, is it correct?
