I have multiple devices hooked up to this TV. When I am using one HDMI input and use optical audio out, let us say the optical output level is 100%. When I am using TV or apps like Netflix, Hulu, or TV, the optical output level is lower at 60%. Not sure what causes the drop. I have to adjust the volume on HT system to bring it up to the sound level I want. As I am hard of hearing, if the optical output level is low, I am kind of screwed, when it is high, I can always turn down the HT system.
I know ho to get into the service menu for this set using Menu/1/8/2/Power command. Once there, is there place I can set the Optical Output Level?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi since this forum is practically dead and nobody replies, I do it.
When you enter the TV you have to go to the CONTROL section, then on AUDIO, you open several settings, scroll down to down and see if you find Spdif Pcm Gain: If you don't find it you have to put yourself on the last line of the page, click OK and now another page opens with only one line at the top, you continue to scroll down (arrow down) until you see Spdif Pcm Gain. Of default is on -9, you bring it more to 0, type A -4 or directly to 0.
