Samsung UE50H6400AW clean cache

Hello, I have TV Samsung model UE50H6400AW and in recent times I have not been able to connect to watch the television through IPTV, I have deleted everything to factory mode, I have tried various applications, I have changed the DNS on the router, I have manually set the IP and it remains the same. I have another newer Samsung and happened the same thing, but I cleared the cache and now it works. There is no way to clear the cache on the model UE50H6400AW. Or is there any other solution? Is it possible to get root on this model and clear the cache manually?
