K Series ACR

I have a KU series purchased in 2016. I never connected it to a network, updated firmware, or agreed to terms and policy. If I go to apps, it says "You must agree to the Terms and Policy to use this feature."

I recently learned that basically all smart tvs have ACR which screenshots the screen and uploads to their data collection / marketing service.

I am moving and have been considering selling or donating this TV. My concern is that the next user of this TV will likely connect it to a network and potentially cause screenshots of confidential client data, proprietary data, personal data, etc to be uploaded.

Is ACR likely disabled since I never agreed to terms and policy? Does Tizen queue/cache screenshots for upload? How exactly does this "feature" work as far as we know?
