might you have to set rs232-jack to debug on ServiceMenu first?

Try it without antenna cable plugged. Without any cables except exlink and power. Might you get success?

Why didn`t you try second version from 31.01.2011 ? You can use files
from here. I wrote how to upgrade if tv is hacked already.
