As far as I know, for 64 compatibility you just needed to download 64 bit swt library.

I remember that I found 64 bit swt for Vuze before.

There are already couple channels editors apps for C series:

• Channel Editor (C-series) - modification of original Channel Editor by polskafan, created with Java
• Channel List PC Editor - app with really nice GUI for Windows & Mac OS only
• SamChanEd - Python command line app for sort analog channels
