You need exlink cable, working u-boot and unmodified boot.img on USB/update directory.
Manual is here.

I bricked my tv (UE32B6000). No shell, no usb, no... anything, only the u-boot menu. I restore tv like that (with a ex-link cable):

- first I restore the boot.img with this method:
http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php?title=R ... rom_u-boot

- second, calling the /etc/rc.local I can obtained a Linux shell and tv start "normal" (without list channels and any configuration, with factory settings). Just:

# /etc/rc.local

- third, I update the software with original firmware from here (not necessary at your case, I think): http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php?title=O ... _Firmwares

Maybe you can try this method.
But I don't know if that is correct to resolve your problem. The real hackers from SamyGO can help you better :)
