You do not need to enable wiselink write, because it is for B series.
Your TV is C series and you need to follow C series instructions, not B.

exlink is disabled on c8000 series by default and couldnt be enabled no way :/ i have tryed it on my ue40c8000 tv both jack & vga ...
maybe iam wrong and it work for you ,try it
