Sad, you have TV which has no channel export menu. Try enter hotel mode, might you get extended menus not only for hotel mode options export, but for channel too. Try. Could be, that here isn`t any menu for export and you can`t hack your TV this way. We do not know other method to hack c550...

yes, it is necessary to export and import channels (if you find another way, not only from menu - it does not matter) to get TV hacked.

i doubt if fw downgrade could help. I think it is related to firmware, not firmware version. In other hand - you can`t downgrade without rooting TV first...

do not try to flash eu firmware, you get bricked TV. No chance to hack TV w/o channel export.
Sure, if anyone found out how to hack without it, you could root your TV too, but not now... Sorry.
