How to backup the apps of internet@tv???

just copy out files from directory /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/normal, /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user and the file /mtd_rwcommon/common/WidgetMgr/info.xml

Hi,

I have a LE46C650 with 3008 firmware, SamyGO Ext r15, Telnet, SSH, FTP, CIFs, NFSs, Samba Server, PVR on Lan, PVR encryption disable, All working perfect. Now I'm trying to add more widgets from other App Stores out from my country, and I have two questions. May be so kind to helping me if you have the answers?.

1) I made a backup of all my widgets (Spain App Store) and changed to Brazil App Store in order to get some widgets I'm very interested, for instance Windows Live Messenger widget, present in the Brazil App Store. Well.. I got them but after going back to my country and restore my backup (after a power off and power on before entering to Internet@TV) all my backuped widgets were only shown for a couple of seconds, but after this time most of them were deleted automatically and only remains the default widgets of my country. Was there more files to backup?. Some ideas?

2) Because I also backup all widgets I'm interested from other Apps Stores (directories and index.xls entries), what to do now if I want remain in my country App Store but using that widgets I got from other countries?. May I install them as a USER widget in order not to be deleted. I already install user widgets as a Wikipedia and Gmail Sticker, I know how to install from my PC. I saw thar User widget are not deleted after changes in App Store configuration.

If you want have those widgets not deleted after country change, you have to install them as user widgets.

Yes, I was trying to install Windows Live Messenger widget from the Brazil App Store as a user widget. I made a ZiP from all files and by using XAMPP in my PC I got to install it as a user widget. Result: It apears in the list without icon. Selecting it, looks working perfectly, but after exiting to main screen... After a couple of seconds it was deleted!.

Where I can find information about how to identify a widget as user widget?. I was trying to change some entries in the widget configuration file (inside its code), file "config.xml", without sucess..

I got it!!. Its only to edit that file addin Type "user" and deleting fields "apptype" and "autoupdate". Now also is shown its icon as "user" widget.

Regarding backups?. My first question, Do you know what file is missed that avoid deleting all widget restored from the backup out of defaulf ones?.

Thank for all. I have not backup, but at leas I know how to conserv all I want...
