I think you should complain to your store where did you buy your TV or local Samsung. If you`re not happy with your TV, call Service to change firmware/solve your subtitles problem etc. Or if they can`t do that - change TV or money back. You have here nothing to do, we do not help you with your peoblem (at least in near future) and keep hands away from hacking....
