Do you have cable connection?
Do you have wi-fi dongle connected?
more info about your situation please.
If you do not need wifi, set network-cable on service menu.

It seems, wifi cold plug does not work and wifi is recognized to late. That`s why you get notification.
You could swap wi-fi dongle and USB drive. Have you tried it?
