No, you have to have B550 to play video in your TV.

It is not listed because it`s modification possibilities are very poor. We even don`t know how to root that device. And if we knew, there was nothing to be done with this.
Your TV model is low end with not upgradable (over hacking) functionality.

It means they use the same open source software , but different firmware. So, linux is the same. But you can`t flash firmware from B550(T-CHL5DAUC) to yur model.
1. TV does not accept it at all
2. Manually fashing (in case of root access) has big chance to became bricked device.
