Channel Editor (by polskafun) for B version and C/D mods support only digital channels lists. But there is many others apps for edit list exported from TV.

You must tray which work with you TV and can open analog list:

Channel List PC Editor
SamChanEd (should work for you, but only command line)
SamsChannelEditor
SamToolBox Channel Editor

Hi,
Next version of samtoolbox (v0.5) will allow editing the analog map-AirA and map-CableA.
I am currently testing v0.5 code. Hopefully I should be able to release this week
