AFAIK TVs has no WOL support. It's hardware limitation and we couldn't do anything. I search this for B series... I think it same for C series too.

You might replicate it in someway. You needed to build bluetooth dongle module from ebay and merge it VGA ExLink port. When you connect to this bluetooth unit, you can send wakeup signal to bluetooth module than those signal could open TV from ExLink port. So this is workaround to have this functionality. Might not works with embedded remote control app and might require external app for your phone but there is a way...
