I don't think if it's possible since you use UA55B8000, for Asia, not Europe...

Nope. You can't convert UE version to UA one.
I don't definitely know if it's work on it Europe but I insist it will work on UK too.. At least I think you can watch your TV without any extra equipment. But this doesn't count as converted to european..

I don't think because of your TV is for Asian. But might be too. I don't have experience on it before...
I insist that you can also download those widgets and could install them by hand.

I know there is doesn't exist such a menu. But you can install by hand. By rooting and also loading widgets to USB disk and copying with content manager...
