Full firmware name and version is needed. e.g T-RYBDEUC 1013.2

If looked at
compatibility page, you would see, here isn`t your model listed.
What about your problem... you could try to enable
wiselink movie. But it`s for B series and i don`t know if you get success. Could be, here is nothing to be done.
