Does older T-MSX6DEUC's includes PVR code in it? I don't heard such a thing.

AFAIK It's possible with VAL6DEUC firmwares in theory. Some one needed to port PVR code to those TVs from VALDEUC. But this is really really hard to to and not practical...

As you can understand my upper comment. It's possible on VAL6DEUC HWs but require hard working. You can forget it. Some one might make you remember again, when time comes or if it come...
Some UExxC6000s has MStar (or trident one) boards and those HW is not eligible to record firmware...

It is possible on uc6000 that has T-VAldeuc fw and arm7 hw (CPU) on this tvs the pvr function and internet@tv function are disabled via fw but are in the firmware in addiction the t-valdeuc version has big nand chip see information on the uc6000 hardware differences
